hot air balloons

I watched a hot air balloon fly 30 feet over South Main Street yesterday, and skirt the roof of the Colodny buidling, It was not more than 10 feet above the buildings, I swear! It blotted out most of the sky. People came out to see it and take pictures, pretty neat. I accidentally waved at a stranger thinking it was someone else, and it didn't matter.
